Therefore, I have had many vendors out to my property for various jobs. Spencer and the Sealer Pro team has been the ONLY one who has shown up when he said he woul, and do a fantastic job. Depending on the size of the job, pricing starts at $75. Reach out to us for a free estimate.
Our pricing starts at $1.50/sq ft for basic sealing of driveways and walkways. The cost can increase depending on your project needs and what we are sealing. If your pavers have been sealed before, we have to strip the old sealer, pressure wash, re-sand, and re-seal. Stripping old sealer adds an additional cost.
Pools areas can be difficult and the price can increase to $1.75/sq ft around lenai. The price of our 6 different sand colors also differ depending on project needs and details.
Stabilization – When pavers are first installed the sand is loose and the pavers can shift. Sealing the pavers solidifies the joint sand and strengthens pavers overall.
Protection – Protect from weeds, Algae, UV, fading, and aggregate wearing. Pavers have a tendencies to fade from UV over time, especially in Florida, and can get flooded with weeds and algae if not sealed.
Enhancing Aesthetics – Brings out the colors of the pavers and creates a nice sheen to make them look new for an extended amount of time.
